Overview
If you're using a Mini Quiz in your popup, you don't have to show every customer the same follow-up experience. With the basic Prism Element, you can customize what happens next based on how a customer actually answered — different copy, different images, or even a different redirect page — all driven by their quiz responses.
What is Mini Quiz personalization?
Turn quiz answers into a more relevant popup. A Mini Quiz collects information about a customer's preferences, but on its own it doesn't change what they see next. Pairing it with a static (rule-based) Prism element allows you to set up variants of any element on your popup, and each variant is shown based on the specific answer a customer selected. Instead of a one-size-fits-all "thank you" step, customers can land on messaging, offers, or pages that reflect their own answers.
How It Works
You clone the element you want to customize (a headline, an image, a Call To Action, etc.) once for each answer you want to account for. Each clone becomes a child of a static Prism element, with a condition set to match a specific Mini Quiz answer. When a customer completes the quiz, the popup checks their answer and shows the matching child element automatically
Key Capabilities
Customize any element on your popup based on a Mini Quiz answer — text, images, buttons, and more.
Set up multiple variants, one per possible answer (or group of answers).
Redirect customers to different pages depending on how they answered.
Combine Mini Quiz targeting with other user properties, not just quiz answers.
How To Set It Up
Follow these steps to customize popup elements using Mini Quiz answers:
Add a static Prism Element
Clone the element that you want to customize and set these as the Prism's children
For each one, under "Show this variant if", select "Property is"
Select the Mini Quiz question
Select the answer that should be used for each child

Use case: Redirect users to different pages based on their answer
A common use for this setup is sending customers to a different page depending on their quiz answer — for example, if you're using the Mini Quiz to learn about a customer's preferences and want to take them straight to a relevant collection or product page.
To implement this:
Go to the popup's last step.
Click on the Call To Action and add a static Prism Element in the parent container.
Make sure the Call To Action is set as a child of the Prism Element (drag and drop the Call To Action inside the Prism Element).
Click on the three-dot menu and clone the existing Call To Action. Add one child for each redirect you want to offer.
For each button in the Prism element, set the condition to "Property is".
Select the Mini Quiz question and the answer it should be linked to.
Add the redirect URL for each one, making sure the action is set to "Close popup > Redirect".
Repeat for each cloned button
Preview the change and publish.
That's it! You can click on Preview to test how it works:

You're not limited to Mini Quiz answers — the same "Property is" condition can target other user properties too
