It's easy to see what someone who's not in your team is focusing on!
Simply click the 'follow' button in the top right of their profile or their Today/Week cards:
Then you'll see the folks you've chosen to follow when you select the 'following' filter - in the top right of the Daily and Weekly views 👇
You can even receive a daily email letting you know what the folks who you are following have been up to each day! 📬
