We've built some new views for you and your team to track the progress you are making against your goals πŸ“ˆ

To check them out, head over to your Goal page in alignd, where you'll see these view options:

Let's start with the 'big picture'

This view will show you all of your organizational goals in one place, in their alignment, from Mountains to Markers!

You can use filters to then get to the level of detail you need, such as showing the teams you're a member of:

You can also stack your filters, which will persist when you move through the different views, and save when you exit the app!

In the below example, I'm filtering 'by status' - at risk and off track, 'by sprint' - this qtr + Q4, and by 'team memberships':

Next, let's get into the 'team' view

Now you can see the goals for each team, displayed as a team card.

In the below example, my filters have carried over to this view:

Perhaps you want a bigger view instead? Say, a function or parent team and it's sub-teams...

To do this, filter by team and search for the function/parent team

Then select, include sub-teams:

You can then curate which ones to have in your view using the x:

Finally, the 'overview'

This is your big rocks view πŸͺ¨

It highlights progress by showing the percentage complete of each Basecamp, by Mountain:

There's also a space for any related Success Criteria for your Mountain, which can be used to capture metrics that demonstrate success of a Mountain πŸ”οΈ

You can add/update the Success Criteria for your Mountain within the goal drawer:

As always, we welcome your feedback and if you need any support with the new views, just message us:
