The Alignerr Connect Chrome extension helps you track work hours and submit time for payment when working on external tasks, which are assigned through the Alignerr Connect marketplace and must be completed outside the Labelbox platform. Follow these steps to install, set up, and use the extension to ensure accurate time tracking and proper payment.
1. Access external projects
Sign in to Labelbox and navigate to the Project page.
Find and select the assigned external project you want to work on.
Click Review instructions to read the project guidelines. Once finished, click I acknowledge.
Click Start evaluation to complete sample tasks and verify your qualification.
If successful, you will receive credentials to access the external platform for production work.
2. Obtain external project credentials
On the Labelbox project page, click Get credentials.
View and save the Zoho email credentials, which you’ll use to access the external platform.
Click Open Zoho and log in using the provided credentials.
3. Install the extension
On the Labelbox project page, click Get extension to open the Alignerr Connect Extension in the Chrome Web Store.
Click Add to Chrome.
In the confirmation dialog, click Add extension.
The extension now appears in your browser’s extensions list.
4. Start tracking time
Return to the project page on Labelbox. You should see the "You're ready to work message.
Click Start working.
Open the Alignerr Connect extension to start tracking time. You can view live tracking on the Labelbox project page.
Click Done working when you finish or need a break.
Click Start working again whenever you're ready to resume.
