We wanted to inform you about some important changes to the new Alignerr app home page and job application process. With this update, the Assessments tab has been removed, as the platform is now primarily focused on job listings and applications. As a result, only certain job roles will be required to complete an assessment.
Moving forward, you will need to apply for the jobs you are interested in first. If a particular role requires an assessment, you will be prompted to complete it by clicking on the Continue button. Additionally, for roles that require a voice sample, you will be prompted to upload it as part of your job application process.
These changes have been implemented to streamline the application experience and ensure assessments are only presented when necessary.
If the status of the jobs shows “Completed,” it means no further action is required from your end. If it shows “Applied,” it indicates that there may still be pending steps. Please review your application and complete any remaining actions, or wait for further communication regarding the next steps.
If you do not see any pending actions showing for you at this time, there is no need to worry. We recommend that you wait patiently for any further communication or updates from our team.
