Cannot accept the contract/the accept button is greyed out

If the "Accept" button is greyed out and unclickable, please ensure that both scroll bars on the right-hand side of the contract window are scrolled all the way to the bottom.

This action confirms that you have reviewed the entire contract, after which the button should become active and clickable.
