To check the operation of the camera and microphone, go to the page https://allright.com/test and follow the instructions on the screen.
When you first visit the classroom, Google Chrome browser requests access to use the camera and microphone and remembers this choice for the future (i.e. the browser will not request access every time you log in).
If the request for access did not appear, or the messages "You have blocked video calls" appeared in the communication window, use the following recommendations:
Step 1. If access is blocked, try to unlock it using the button located on the right side of the address bar (camera icon).
Click on it and in the menu that opens, select "Always provide to the site https:/allright.com access the camera and microphone" and click "Done". After that, be sure to reload the page
Step 2. If the recommendations from the previous paragraph do not help, reset access for the camera and microphone for the site and grant it again.
To do this, click on the lock icon on the left side of the browser address bar.
Next, click "Reset Parameters". Switch the "Camera" and "Microphone" items to active and reload the page. Grant access if the browser requests it again.
Step 3. If you have an error and there is no access to the camera or microphone, make sure that the antivirus is suspended and not turned on during the check / lesson, as well as access in the settings of your operating system according to the instructions in this article.
