To have comprehensive overview of all tracked hours in one place, you can use summary row with capacity info in Planning. This summary displays the total hours you have tracked during the day, relative to the total number of hours set as plannable time at the user level. On the left side of the row you can see your current disponable capacity.
Clicking on tracked time value opens a window where you can find a summary of all tracked hours for the day. If you tracked hours via allocations in the planning section, the time entry will be accompanied by a calendar icon. If you recorded hours from the task detail, via Clock icon in the upper right corner or from the Time section, the time entry will feature a clock icon.
How to connect the time entry with allocation?
If you recorded time spent on task from task detail, via Clock icon in the upper right corner or from the Time section, you can connect or match this time entry with existed capacity allocation in planning.
Simply click on the summary row that opens the window with tracking overview. You can assign a time entry with a clock icon (indicating it was tracked outside of planning) to a specific allocation by clicking the 'Edit' button under the 'Action' menu. From there, select one of the capacity allocations from the list, and Allfred will automatically allocate the time to it. Allfred will present you with only those allocations that match the task.
If there is no allocation for the task in which you've tracked hours, you will see the message "no option."
