To change the allocation colors and height, planning start date or choose the order and type of information displayed in the allocation details, go to Planning and click on the Settings button.
You can adjust your settings or use the default ones.
Adjust Allocation Height by Duration: You can decide whether all allocations should have the same height or be adjusted according to duration.
Displayed Information: Choose which details should be shown in the allocation overview - Task Name, Project, Budget Item, or Note.
You can reorder displayed information by dragging and dropping.
Starting day: choose wether calendar view should start always with Monday or current day
You can choose between allocation colors in the default setting: Light Color, Solid, or White.

Can I hide weekends in the Planning calendar?
No, weekends cannot be hidden. This is intentional: many agencies occasionally need to plan capacity for weekend production, events, or on-call work, so all 7 days stay visible. You can still choose which day the week starts on in Planning Settings.
Public holidays that fall on a working day automatically reduce a user's available daily capacity in Planning.
