Through the scheduling system:
First, you need to remove the employee through your scheduling system which is integrated with All Gravy
Then the employee will automatically be removed from All Gravy β
If not through the scheduling system:
If you have tried to remove the employee through the scheduling system and this has not removed the employee:
You will need to contact your Customer Success Manager who will help remove the employee
*Please note that it can be difficult to restore an employee after they have been removed
