Copy the insights.
Go to the Insights page - Click on Academy - Click on Select courses to choose the course you want
To the right of the page, click on an individual location or all locations based on report preference
Copy the information on the page you want (right-click → Copy or use
Ctrl + C
/Cmd + C
).
Paste into a spreadsheet
Open a spreadsheet program (Google Sheets, Excel, or Numbers if you’re on Mac).
Paste the copied data into the sheet.
Download as CSV
In Google Sheets: File > Download > Comma-separated values (.csv).
In Excel: File > Save As and choose CSV (Comma delimited).
In Numbers (Mac): File > Export To > CSV.
Open your CSV file
On Mac: You can open it directly in Numbers or Excel.
On Windows: You can open it in Excel or a free alternative such as LibreOffice Calc.
Note: CSV files are plain text files formatted as tables. If you double-click a CSV on your computer, it will usually open automatically in Excel (Windows) or Numbers (Mac).
Make sure to save the file somewhere easy to find, like your desktop or downloads folder.
