Reporting an incidence on All Gravy's App

This is how you report an incidence using the whistleblower within your company.

Hey there! 👋🏻

All Gravy wants to keep things safe and cool for everyone. If you see something that's not right, like bullying or something fishy, you can use the Whistleblower feature to let the company know. It's completely anonymous. Here's a simple guide:

Step 1: Find the Whistleblower Feature

  1. Find the Whistleblower: You'll find it in under "Settings".

  2. Login to the Whistleblower: Use your FaceID on your phone. This is for safety reasons.

Step 2: Tell What Happened.

  1. Explain What Happened: Write down what you saw, and be as detailed as possible. Dates, times, and who was involved help a lot.

  2. Show Proof: If you have pictures or messages, attach them. It helps the whistleblower responsible to understand what's going on.

Step 3: Send Your Report

  1. Check Your Report: Before sending, read through what you wrote. Make sure it's all right.

  2. Send It In: Hit the button to send your message.

Step 4: See What Happens

  1. Watch for Updates: Look out for updates on your report in All Gravy.

Keep Your Info Safe

  1. Stay Anonymous: It's not possible for the whistleblower responsive to see who have reported an incidence. But, be aware of your written language, keep it natural, so you stay anonymous when reporting an incidence.
