Change Location/Employer
The most common reason shifts don’t show up is that you need to switch your location or employer within the app. Follow these steps to make sure everything is set up correctly:
Option 1: Change Location When Entering the App
1️⃣ When you first open the app, you may have the option to choose between two or more locations if you work at multiple sites.
2️⃣ Select the location you want to view.
- This will ensure that you see earnings and shifts related to that location.
3️⃣ Once selected, your shifts should appear, and you’re good to go! 😁✅
Option 2: Change Location While Logged In
If you’re already logged into the app and can’t see your shifts, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Tap “You” in the bottom-right corner of the app.
2️⃣ On the “You” page, select “Switch Employer”.
3️⃣ Choose the location you want to view shifts for.
4️⃣ That’s it! Your shifts should now be visible. 😁✅
Still Can’t See Your Shifts?
If you’ve checked your location and still don’t see your shifts, it could be due to one of the following:
Your employer hasn’t published the schedule yet.
There’s a technical issue with the app.
