If your collection has been lost, one or more of the following things may have happened:
1. Itâs Been Moved to Another Collection
Your article or collection may have been moved under a different collection or combined with another article.
What to Do: Check other collections in The Hub to see if it has been relocated. Often, itâs just a case of it being organized into a different section.
2. Itâs Saved as a Draft
Articles or collections that are still in draft mode wonât appear as published content.
How to Check:
Ensure the collection is marked with a green indicator in the top corner and labeled as âPublishedâ.
If itâs not published, youâll need to finalize and publish it so employees can see it in the app.
3. Itâs Been Deleted
If you accidentally closed the page while creating your collection or article, it may not have been saved and is unfortunately deleted.
