If your collection has been lost, one or more of the following things may have happened:
It has been moved under other collection/article
Often it may have been moved into another collection
Therefore, check the other collections in The Hub to see if it could be in there
2. It has been published as a draft
The made collection must be green in the top corner and show the word ‘published’ before it is published and can be seen by employees on the app:
3. It has been deleted
If you accidentally closed the page while creating your collection/article, it has unfortunately been deleted.
