In order to access your Allio account, you'll need to know your email address and the password associated with the account. If you enabled biometric authentication when you created your account, then Allio will use your device’s face id to login.
⭐ Note: You can enable or disable biometric authentication at any time by navigating to Profile → Info & Settings → Security Authentication.
In the event that you forget your password, you can reset it using the Forgot Password link located under the email address field on the Allio login screen. Follow the steps on screen from there.
Remember to never share login credentials with anyone, and keep your password stored in a private and safe place at all times.
Allio will never ask you for your account password via email or any place other than in the app as part of the login process. Similarly, our support team will never ask for your login credentials.
If anyone purporting to be from Allio asks for your password or other private information, please contact our Support Team using the in-app messenger to let us know.
