Connecting Your Bank With Plaid
Allio uses a trusted service called Plaid to securely connect your bank account to your portfolio so that you can transfer funds in and out of your portfolio with ease.
When you connect your bank account, you will be prompted to log in to your bank to authorize the connection with Allio.
⭐ Note: your bank login details are never stored by Allio or Plaid. Read more about Plaid's internationally-recognized security practices.
Once logged in, you can select the account you'd like to use as the funding source for your portfolio and confirm the connection.
Problems Connecting Bank Accounts
In the rare event that you run into issues or an error connecting your account with Plaid, please contact our support team through your in-app chat for more details. Our team will be happy to investigate and identify the source of the issue or error.
Final Step
Now that you have successfully connected your funding source, you're ready to sign your brokerage agreements with Allio and finalize the creation of your account. All that remains is a slide action to sign your agreements.
After you slide, you'll be shown a confirmation screen, and our system will start processing your initial deposit to create and fund your investment account with Allio.
