Verifying your account

How to verify your phone number and email address to secure your account.

During your onboarding process with Allio, you will be prompted to verify both your phone number and email address in order to secure your account. These verifications are required so we can confirm:

  • You have ownership of these communication channels

  • We have permission to communicate with you through these channels

Phone Verification

Phone verification is required before you can start filling out your application information. Simply enter your US-based phone number (a +1 prefix is required) and tap the button to send your verification code via text message (SMS).

Your code will be delivered instantly to your phone.

Type the 6-digit code you receive where prompted in the app and tap Submit Code to continue.

If you have problems receiving the text message with your code, tap the back button to confirm that your phone number was entered correctly and has no typos.

Contact our support team via the in-app chat if you continue to have issues receiving your text message.

Email Verification

Email verification is required after you submit your investment application. Tap the Verify Email Address button to send a verification email to the registered email address you entered when you signed up for Allio.

Your email notification with your verification code will be delivered instantly.

Type the 6-digit code you receive where prompted in the app and tap Submit Code to continue.

If you have problems receiving the email notification with your code, please check your spam folder or email filters to confirm it was not routed elsewhere in your inbox. If you don't see it in any of your other email folders, double check that you entered your email address correctly in your Profile settings.
