With the budgets created, you can perform several actions within the budget.
STEP 1 – Access
Click on Budget in the Top Menu > Budgets.
Then, click on the gear icon in the upper right corner to:
Add a discount;
Duplicate;
Delete.
STEP 2 – Editing the Name
Using the blue pencil icon, you can edit the name of the budget.
This feature helps you stay organized by differentiating options with specific names, making it easier for your student to identify which product they are reviewing.
STEP 3 – Customizing Other Details
You can customize additional details of your budget, such as:
Type of sale;
Start date of the program;
Start date of the accommodation.
STEP 4 – Adding Fees/Discounts
It is possible to add fees or discounts when finalizing the budget by choosing the amounts and specifying the currency exchange rate in which the budget will be defined.
