How to Set Up and Use the Ally + Qualy Integration

The integration between Ally and Qualy enables the automation of financial processes such as proposal submissions, payment collection, and commission transfers — providing a smoother experience for agencies, students, and educational institutions.

1. Prerequisites

  • Active Ally account (with access to the Financial module)

  • Active Qualy account (know more)

  • Administrative permissions to configure integrations on both platforms


2. Setup Steps

a) In Ally

  1. Log into your Ally account.

  2. In the top-right menu, click Settings.

  3. Select Integrations, then choose Qualy.

  4. Click Activate Integration.

  5. Enter your Qualy account credentials when prompted.

b) In Qualy

  1. Log into your Qualy account.

  2. In the main dashboard, go to Settings > Integrations.

  3. Select Ally and click Connect.

  4. Enter your Ally credentials to complete the integration.


3. How It Works in Practice

Once integrated:

  • Confirmed sales in Ally are automatically synced with Qualy.

  • Qualy sends payment instructions to the student, offering options such as PIX, bank slip, and credit card installments.

  • Payments are automatically reconciled, and agency commissions are retained as configured.

  • The net amount is transferred to the international educational institution.

  • Payment status is updated in Ally, keeping all information centralized.
