How to resolve the blank screen problem when creating a budget

Issue: Budget screen appears blank

If the budget screen appears completely blank when you try to access it, follow the steps below to fix the issue:

  1. Right-click anywhere on the blank area of the screen.

  2. From the menu that appears, select “Reload frame”.

  3. Wait a few seconds for the page to refresh.

  4. Then, go back to the lead’s profile and try to create the budget again.

Tip: If the problem persists, close the browser tab and log back into the system. In some cases, this helps reload the screen correctly.
