How are refunds processed?
Refunds are issued back onto the original form of payment - i.e. PayPal payments will be refunded via the PayPal account used on the original purchase. Original and return postage costs are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 5 business days from warehouse delivery for returns to be processed. Once your return has been processed you will be that the refund has been refunded. Refunds for orders are typically processed and credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. The exact timing may depend on your financial institution's processing policies. If you experience any delays, it’s recommended to check with your bank or credit card provider for further clarification.
What if I paid with Afterpay, Klarna, ShopPay, or PayPal (Buy Now, Pay Later)?

What if I canceled the card I originally paid with?
Don't worry! If the bank account associated with your original payment is open, your refund will process as normal. If the bank account has been closed, please let us know by asking to speak with an agent.
