All the information about payments, the amount of money transfers and their processing time, as well as missing documents to verify your account, can be found directly on the Stripe platform, not on AlohaCamp.
If there is an error detection message when you enter My Account, and then Billing details, on the right side under your profile picture, clicking on Fix Issues will take you directly to the Stripe dashboard.
If such a message does not appear, and the status of your configuration shows "OK", you should log in to Stripe through their external platform.
Enter the email address where you created your account. The system will automatically send an SMS code to the phone number you provided at registration, which you should insert instead of your password.
After logging in to the Dashboard, you will find all the information there: from the date of the money transfer order, to the registration data and transfer accounts.
