Now that your admin has set up your AloAi Agents, you can enroll contacts into the bot through Aloware Talk, either individually or in bulk. The AloAi Agent will automatically reach out to these contacts.
Single contact invocation
In Aloware Talk, open the contact history.
In the right-side panel, locate the AloAi Agent Enrollment card.
Click the Enroll to Agent button and select from the list of available bots.
The bot will automatically initiate a conversation using the last communication line with that contact. If no prior history exists, it defaults to the outbound line set during setup.
Example use case:
Suppose a sales representative recently spoke to a lead on the company’s “Sales Line 1.” If the bot follows up with the same contact, it ensures continuity by using this line, maintaining consistent communication for the customer.
Bulk contact invocation
In Aloware Talk, navigate to the contacts menu.
Select the contacts you want to enroll in the bot.
Click More and select Enroll in AloAi Agent.
In the AloAi Agent enrollment modal, click Enroll on the available bots.
You can view the history and flow of communication in the contact's history.
