Difference between SD and HD

HD is a higher quality but will require more bandwidth.

SD is a lower quality but requires less bandwidth to stream and download.

I've downloaded the files, where are they?

Once you've downloaded a file from Alpha, check the “downloads” folder on your computer or do a search for the filename you downloaded. This can vary depending on your personal computer settings. Note: It may take a while to download larger files like videos (SD videos average 500 MB, HD videos average 900 MB). Make sure the file has finished downloading before you try to open or search for it.
