Verification emails are an important part of the security of your MyAlpha account and part of our sign up process.

Both verification emails and password reset emails will arrive in your junk or spam folder. They will come from uk@alpha.org.

If this is the case, please follow these steps:

  • Save 'uk@alpha.org' into your address book as a safe email address

  • Move the verification email or password reset email into your 'inbox'.

  • This will activiate the link to proceed

If you are setting up an account with an email address from a large organisation, often there are filters in place that stop verification emails coming to your inbox. Please either speak to your IT team, or use a personal email address to create your account. This email address does not need to be the contact email for anyone signing up to your course, only for logging in.

If you have any further issues, please email us on uk@alpha.org and we'll get back to you asap.
