How do I remove a card?
How do I remove a card?

There are a few different ways to remove a card from your Portfolio:

  • Delete

  • Mark as Sold

  • Mark as Traded

If your asset is currently vaulted, you will not be able to remove the card(s).

HOW DO I DELETE AN UNVAULTED ASSET FROM MY PORTFOLIO?

  • Click into the individual asset

  • Click the 'Edit item details'

  • Click the red outlined 'Delete item' button

  • *Click 'Confirm' to finalize the deletion

Note: This action cannot be undone once completed. You must add a new asset if deletion is mistakenly done.

HOW DO I MARK MY CARD AS SOLD IN MY PORTFOLIO IF THE SALE HAPPENED OUTSIDE OF ALT?

  • Click into the individual asset

  • Click on 'Mark as sold' from the dropdown.

  • An overlay window will appear with relevant fields collecting information about your sale.

  • Click 'Save' to finalize the changes.

Sale date - When did this sale take place?

Asset - What is the asset that went out? (Automatically filled)

Source - Where was this sale made?

Price - What was the sale price?

Notes - Do you have any personal notes or identifiers?

HOW DO I MARK MY CARD AS TRADED?

  • Click into the individual asset

  • Click on 'Mark as traded' from the dropdown

  • An overlay window will appear with relevant fields collecting information about your trade.

  • Click 'Save' to finalize the changes.

Trade date: When did this trade take place?

Outgoing asset: What is the asset that went out? (Automatically filled for asset clicked into)Click + to add another outgoing asset from your portfolio.

Outgoing Cost basis: What's the cost basis of your asset? (Filled if previously entered)

Additional cost paid: Shipping or additional charges?

Incoming asset: What was the asset that was received?

Additional cash received: Was any additional compensation received?

Source: Where was this trade made?

Notes: Do you have any personal notes or identifiers?
