You can find a card's ALT Value by "uploading" it to your ALT portfolio.

To add new cards to your Portfolio, click the white "+" button next to "Send to Vault". From there, you will be able to insert the name of the cards you'd like to add to your portfolio. This functionality hasn't been implemented into the mobile app yet so you'll need to do this on a web browser on your mobile device or a laptop/desktop.
