At the moment, we have separate logins for the software versus the directory but hope to change that in due time.
2. Logging In. We use links sent to email for logging in versus a password for two reasons:
It is a safer and more secure login method. Privacy and security are at the forefront of what we think about.
While it requires a couple steps, it also means you don't need to remember a password.
Unless you hit "Logout", you'll stay logged in for 30 days. Each time you need to log in, you'll repeat these steps.
Step-by-Step
Start here: app.withalthea.com
Enter your email address and click submit.
You'll receive an email from mail@withalthea.com. Click the button to sign in.
If this is your first time signing in, an account will be created for you automatically.
3. Getting Started. I recommend creating a dummy client (using an email you own) and walking through the process to get a feel for it. As you fill out surveys, you'll get the report results in the system.
