Summary

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information when you use our website, engage with us on social media, or participate in our events and marketing activities. We have extra privacy policies for specific products or services, ensuring Altis is a secure, protected space for your learnings and insights.

When it comes to the information you put in our product, we handle it in one of two ways, depending on the subscription you select. In the standard subscription, we promise not to use your data to train machine learning models or view it unless you give us your explicit consent through the product. In the "data contributor" subscription, we subsidize your access to Altis in exchange for allowing us to use your data as training data.

We collect different types of information about you in order to serve you better, like your contact details, profile data, and transaction history. We might also mix this with data from public sources and our partners. We also share info with our payment processors and partners for different reasons, such as such as improving our services and complying with legal requirements. You can update your info, opt-out of marketing emails, manage cookies, and limit interest-based ads.

As part of our optional features, if you grant us access to your calendar, we use this access solely to schedule meeting bots to attend selected events on your behalf for the purpose of recording them. Furthermore, your calendar events will be displayed on a screen that is only visible to you. We assure you that this access is only used to enhance your user experience and we strictly follow Google's API Services User Data Policy to protect and respect your privacy.

Data Privacy

This Privacy Policy describes how Milieu Technologies, Inc. (“Altis,” “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information that we collect through the website that links to this Privacy Policy (the “Site”), as well as through social media, our marketing activities, our live events, and other activities described in this Privacy Policy.

Altis may provide additional or supplemental privacy policies to individuals for specific products or services that we offer at the time we collect personal information.

Altis provides a platform that helps organizations analyze conversations to extract and synthesize learnings and insights. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that we process on behalf of our business customers while providing our platform and services to them. Our use of this information is restricted by our agreements with those business customers. If you have concerns regarding personal information that we process on behalf of a business, please direct your concerns to that business.
