Add the job position
Log into Alva Labs and press “Go to all job positions” on your home page to create a new job position.
When creating a job, you need to set a name for the position and a position owner.
Position title. What position are you hiring for?
Position owner & hiring team. Who in your organization should be able to access this position?
Don't worry about getting everything correct on the first go - all of these can be changed afterwards in job's settings!
Once you've gone through the first step you are directed to the job position setting page. From here you can change test profile, add a code test or interview templates.
When all your assessments are added you are all set to invite candidates to the assessments!
