Your funnel template has a structure — a sequence of sections already laid out and waiting for your words. This step shows you how to approach the writing, use the Alvéya copywriting workbooks to stay aligned with your template layout, and publish your copy into the page builder.
Start with the copywriting workbook
Each Alvéya website and funnel template has a corresponding copywriting workbook — a fillable document that maps every section of the template in order, with prompts to guide what you write in each one.
Using the workbook means your copy is written in the right structure before you ever open the page builder. It also makes the writing process easier — you are answering focused questions rather than staring at a blank page.
Download the copywriting workbook that matches your funnel template. Links to available workbooks are below.
Work through each section in order. Fill in your answers to the prompts — do not worry about polished copy at this stage, just get your ideas down.
Once the workbook is filled in, you can use it as a draft to refine, or hand it to Claude (see below) to help you shape it into finished copy.

Using AI to help refine your copy
Using AI to help refine your copy
Once your workbook is filled in, you can use Claude (or any AI assistant) to help you turn your answers into polished, on-brand copy. The prompt below is designed for exactly this.
Take a full-page screenshot of your funnel template — you can use the Go Full Page extension in Chrome for this — and paste it into your conversation along with the prompt below. Then share your filled-in workbook as context.
AI prompt to copy and use: Here is the wireframe for the page I am writing. Act as an experienced copywriter and help me write the copy. Ask me for my brand strategy, or ask me questions about my products, services, audience, approach, tone of voice, and any other information you need that has not been covered in this workbook.
💡 The more context you give Claude, the better your copy will be. Share your brand strategy document if you have one, describe your ideal client, and explain what makes your course different. The prompt is designed to ask follow-up questions if anything is missing.
Adding your copy to the page builder
Once you have your copy ready — whether you wrote it yourself, refined it with AI, or a combination of both — here is how to add it to your funnel pages.
Sales page
Open your funnel and click on the Sales Page tab.
Click Edit Page to open the page builder.
Click on a text section to select it, then click the text element inside it to edit.
Replace the placeholder text with your copy. Work section by section, top to bottom.
To update a headline, subheading, body paragraph, or button label, click directly on that element.
Click Save as you go — do not wait until the end.
Order form page
Click on the Order Form tab in your funnel.
Click Edit Page and update any heading or intro text that sits above the form itself.
The form fields and payment section are populated automatically from your product setup — you will configure these in Module 2.
Thank you page
Click on the Thank You Page tab.
Click Edit Page and replace the placeholder text with a warm confirmation message.
Tell buyers what to expect next — check their inbox, when the course starts, who to contact if they have questions.
⚠️ Do not delete any structural elements from the page builder unless you are confident you do not need them. It is easier to leave a section blank for now and come back to it than to try to rebuild a deleted section layout.
💡 You do not need to have every word finalised before moving on. Add placeholder copy now, complete the rest of the setup in Modules 2 through 6, and come back to polish the writing before you go live.
