Relay Payments Fuel Integration
What is the Relay Payments Integration?
Alvys now integrates with Relay Payments, offering a cardless, digital solution for managing fuel transactions. With this integration, all fuel purchases made through Relay are automatically imported into Alvys each day and displayed on both the Fuel Report and Pay Drivers pages.
Why This Matters
Relay Payments was the most requested integration from our customers—and for good reason. Relay offers a state-of-the-art digital system that simplifies and secures the fuel payment process. Unlike traditional fuel cards, Relay enables real-time, cardless transactions, reducing fraud risk and streamlining driver workflows.
How to Set Up the Integration
To enable the Relay Fuel integration, please first contact your Relay account representative and request the Alvys Fuel integration. The Relay team will activate the 16-digit Relay Driver ID in your Relay portal, which functions like a card number in Alvys and is required to sync transaction data to your drivers. Once enabled, the Relay Driver ID will be stored on each driver's profile in Relay, as shown below:
Then, follow these steps to connect your Relay account with Alvys:
Go to the Integrations page in Alvys
→ Select Fuel Cards
→ Choose RelayEnter your Token ID (provided by Relay) to authenticate the connection.
Navigate to the Driver Details page for each driver who will use Relay.
Click to Add a Fuel Card Number.
Enter the driver’s Integration ID and configure the deduction settings for each transaction type.
What Happens After Setup?
