Under «Settings» → «General» you find the basic details of your workspace. As an administrator you can see them, but you cannot change them here — these details are managed by amaise.

Organization and workspace name
Workspace URL (e.g.

Default language and time zone
The tags Training, Test and Development mark a test or training workspace: a banner at the top says so, and amaise asks before you upload from the app. Use such a workspace only for training and testing — cases cannot be moved to your production workspace later. Workspaces with other tags, such as Production or Pilot / PoV, show neither the banner nor the question.
Note: This card is read-only for you. If you want to change one of these details — the name or the default language, for instance — contact amaise Support. The data region and the workspace URL stay unchanged.
