The AMAKA Referral Program is our exciting new initiative that allows you to earn cash by referring brands to AMAKA. When your referred brand signs up, commissions a creator, and makes a payment, both you and the brand receive rewards!
How does the referral program work?
It’s simple! Just follow these four steps:
Step 1: Sign up for AMAKA (if you haven’t already) and get your unique referral code by clicking on the “Earn $50; Give $50” link on the top left side of your screen.
Step 2: Share your unique referral code with any brands you know that are looking to hire creatives.
Step 3: Once your referral signs up, commissions a creator, and pays, you both get rewarded.
Step 4: You receive $50 in cash, and the referred brand gets $50 in AMAKA credits for their next Gig.
Where do I find my unique referral code?
After logging in to your AMAKA account, simply click on the “Earn $50; Give $50” link located on the top left side of your screen to generate your unique referral code.
Can I track my referrals?
Yes! You can keep track of your referrals on the referral dashboard in your AMAKA account. We will also send you email updates throughout the process, letting you know when your referral has successfully signed up and completed a Gig.
How do I get paid?
Once your referred brand signs up, commissions a creator, and pays for the work, you’ll receive $50 in cash. To receive your payment, simply submit your invoice through this Typeform link. Payments are processed within 30 days of receiving your invoice, directly to the payment method outlined on your invoice.
What does the referred brand receive?
The referred brand will receive $50 in AMAKA credits, which they can use towards their next Gig.
Is there a limit to how many brands I can refer?
No, there’s no limit! The more brands you refer, the more you can earn. Keep sharing your referral code with any brands that might benefit from hiring creatives through AMAKA.

Is there an expiration date for the referral credits?
The $50 AMAKA credits awarded to the referred brand do not have an expiration date, so they can use them whenever they’re ready to commission their next Gig.
