My motion sensors aren't working! I have to walk by about 5 lights before the motion detector picks up my movement.

It sounds as though sensor placement has not been optimized. Our high bay sensors can see a roughly 30-degree cone below them and our standard sensors can see a roughly 45-degree cone below them, but will not see motion outside of that range.

1. Add more sensors to the fixtures that currently don't have them.

2. Place a sensor at the doorways to detect motion very quickly upon entering a space.

3. Relocate the lights with sensors to better capture motion upon entering.
