Overview:
Resolves an issue where the switch would become unreachable after a period of time
Switch now supports the 'Bulk Move' scripts for large site commissioning

Resolves an issue in the radio driver that made switches not want to play nicely on a PAN (although they would still control the lights)
Resolves a bug that would allow a 10s hold of just one button to reset network settings for a device (sending it back to defaults)
Resolves a bug that could cause the switch to reboot during normal operation and end up on default network settings.
Deprecation:
Previously, a 10s hold on a button would cause reset (this was a bug), now you would need to hold both buttons down for 10s to Reset Network Settings
