Answer:

The ALC can handle up to 500mA of current on the 0-10V line. This is higher than most controllers which means that we can put something like 5000 standard 0-10V drivers on one 0-10V loop and not have an issue. We likely won't see 5000 drivers on one circuit, but we wanted to overdo it after some bad experiences with one-off drivers.
