In order to make “teacher team/ teacher league” system better, Amazing Talker has made some changes that we need you to take noted of. 🙂

What are the new rules?

  1. Teachers who join your team must reach the goal (according the the stage) in order to stay as the members of your team! If you are not success with helping them to reach the goals, they will be able to leave your team. And if you help them to actually reach the goal, they will have to stay in your team. 

First stage
After joining the teacher team, the teacher’s total income has to reach at least 300 US dollars within a month
After achieving the goal(300), the teacher can go to the second stage

Second stage
After entering into the second stage, the teacher’s total income has to reach at least 600 US dollars within two months
After achieving the goal(600), the teacher can go to the third stage

Third stage
After entering into the third stage, the teacher’s total income has to reach at least 900 US dollars within three months
After achieving the goal(900), the teacher can go to the fourth stage

Fourth stage
After entering into the fourth stage, the teacher’s total income has to reach at least 1200 US dollars within four months
After achieving the goal(1200), the teacher can go to the fifth stage

Fifth stage
After entering into the fifth stage, the teacher’s total income has to reach at least 1500 US dollars within five months

Let’s see some examples so you can have a better view of this new system:

IF your team member reach the goal smoothly :)

Let’s say your team member is named A and A joined the team on 1/1, then A will have to reach the goal which is 300 US dollars before 1/31. And A makes it on 1/15! So A will be enter the second stage earlier. The following will be the second stage, A will have to reach 600 US dollars with two months, which it is from 1/15 to 3/14. Before 3/14, A makes it again! Then A will have to stay in your team and enter the third stage…

IF your team member doesn’t reach the goal :(

At the 2nd stage, A couldn’t make it within 2 months, when the time limit ends, the system will ask A if he/she wants to leave the team. A can choose to stay and challenge again.

IF your team member reach the goal SUPER smoothly :))
It means A reaches the goal a lot faster than A's set goal. Let’s say, A reaches 1500 within one month at the first stage. Then A will be enter stage fifth right away. Then A will be have to remain the rule of stage fifth in order to stay in your team. 

 

2. The maximum amount of your team is 12 teachers.
Important Note
: Don’t worry if you current have more than 12 teachers in your team. We will not ask you to pull out your members. But please know that every member you have now will also have to reach the goal. And you will not be able to recruit new members unless the members of your team is less than 12 again.


Why did we make this system?

The reason why we designed this system it’s because we want all the mentor teachers to focus on training their current members. When they reach the goal and become the mentor teachers like you, you and your teammate can both receive the bonus we offer. This is because we know that training a new teacher is not an easy task to do, and we don’t want mentor teachers to waste their time and resources. Train your teammate to become mentor teachers just like you, get bonus together, create a win-win situation. 

Win-win situation
You as a mentor has helped A to reach the goal, A will have to stay in your team, and you get the bonus from us. At the same time, A also becomes the mentor after reaching 300 US dollars. A as a mentor gets a new team member B, and A helps B to reach the goal successfully, you and A will both get the bonus from us!

規定的詳情與範例說明

  1. 導師需要協助加入團隊的底下老師需要達成下面的目標,他們才能永續的待在團隊裡。如果底下老師沒有在期限內達標,期限到時,他們可以自行選擇要不要繼續留在您團隊裡重新挑戰達標。如果達標了,他們就必須繼續留在導師的團隊裡。


第一階段
加入第1個月內,實領金額需達300美元
達成可以進階到第二階段

第二階段
進階後2個月內,實領金額需達600美元
達成可以進階到第三階段

第三階段
進階後3個月內,實領金額需達900美元
達成可以進階到第四階段

第四階段
進階後4個月內,實領金額需達1200美元
達成可以進階到第五階段

第五階段
進階後5個月內,實領金額需達1500美元


順利達標範例情境:
您的團隊成員A老師在1/1號加入團隊,那A必須要在1/31號前收入達到300美元。假設A在1/15就達標了,A就會提前進入第二階段,第二階段就代表在兩個月內,也就是從1/15計算到3/14,A的總薪資必須達到600美元。如果A成功了,那A就必須留在您的團隊,往第三階段邁進。以此類推。

沒有達標
範例情境:
您的團隊成員A老師在1/1號加入團隊,那A必須要在1/31號前收入達到300美元。假設A在1/15就達標了,A就會提前進入第二階段,第二階段就代表在兩個月內,也就是從1/15計算到3/14,A的總薪資必須達到600美元,但如果A沒有在1/15-3/14之間達標呢?這個時候A可以自行選擇要離開您的教師團隊,或是選擇留下來重新挑戰第二階段(2個月內600美元)。以此類推。

提早進階
範例情境:
您的團隊成員A老師在1/1號加入團隊,突飛猛進的在1/31號前收入就超過300美元,甚至達到1500美元了!這個時候A就會直接提早進階來到第五階段,那麼A在這之後,就只需要維持5個月內總薪資都有達到1500美元的規定,就可以持續地待在您的團隊裡了喔。


2. 導師底下教師團員的上限修改為12人
注意:導師們若現有成員人數已超過12人也不用擔心,Amazing Talker不會強制退出您現有的成員,但必須注意的是,這些成員們都必須達標才能持續地待在您的團隊裡。而此時您也不能招收新成員,除非您團員人數再次不滿12人。


為什麼我們這樣設計?

我們設計這樣的機制是為了鼓勵導師專注在訓練底下固定的老師,讓他們也成為跟您一樣的導師,而在他們成為導師後,您跟他都可以從他團隊裡面中成功達標的老師持續獲取bonus。

這個新機制是因為我們知道帶新老師是很不容易的。為了幫助導師避免一直重複性的投入時間成本分散訓練不同的老師,而浪費了寶貴的時間跟資源,所以我們希望這個機制能夠幫助導師更專注的協助其團隊中的成員,讓他們也成為導師,這是為了讓老師們有效的運用時間跟資源,也創造一個雙贏的局面喔。

雙贏範例情境:您成功幫助了A老師維持達標狀態,A老師必須待在您的團隊裡,而您也持續的得到bonus~而A老師在達標300元後也成為導師,納入B老師進入A老師他自己的團隊,並成功協助B老師達標,這個時候您除了A老師達標的bonus,也能得到B老師達標的bonus喔!
