We’ve made the difficult decision to discontinue the ability to create Intros with Amazon Music for Artists. Beginning October 30, 2024 artists will no longer be able to use these Intros to create and share personal voice messages on Amazon Music.
While we are no longer able to support this feature, we know that voice is still an important tool to engage fans across both Amazon Music and Amazon.com. Learn more about artist follow campaigns, voice prompts for new music, and other Alexa features here. Voice reporting and artists’ ability to see their Daily Voice Index will still be available in Amazon Music for Artists.

I just published an Intro. What’s going to happen to it?
Your Intro will not be impacted and will be live until the expiration date that you set (even if that date is after October 30, 2024).
What if I want to delete my Intro after October 30, 2024?

Sign in on the Amazon Music for Artists mobile app, click the Settings cog in the top right hand corner, select User Settings, and then click Support under Help.
