In this article, you will learn how to:

1.   Access your purchase history for each organization

2.  View your billing information (receipts and payments)


1. Access Your Purchase History for Each Organization 

Via the Purchases tab:

  • Choose the Organization using the drop-down list to view your existing purchase(s) with them. 
  • A list of all of your purchases (activities, memberships, subscriptions, MultiPasses, merchandise, etc.) loads for each person in your account.  Scroll down to view purchases for each account member.  
  • View the invoice linked to the purchase by clicking on the Invoice number. This redirects you to the Billing subtab where the invoice details will be displayed. 



2. View your Billing Information (Receipts and Payments)

Via the Billing tab:

  • Choose the Organization using the drop-down list to view your past transaction(s) with them. 
  • A list of all your transactions with the organization (invoices, payments, credits and refunds) loads. These transactions encompass all of your account members.
  • Click 'View' to see details on a specific transaction.   
  • Click on 'Account history' to download an excel report of all of your transactions within the given time frame.
