If you are an administrator of a figure skating club that is linked to Skate Canada, you must send them an annual list of athletes and memberships sold.

We have designed for you a module that allows you to proceed quickly and efficiently.

CONFIGURATION

To link your items sold on the platform to Skate Canada, you must use the Tags.

SKATE CANADA > OPTIONS

Click on

so that the tags will be associated with the Skate Canada programs by default.

You will then be able to modify them and create other tags.

CREATE YOUR TAGS

ACCOUNT > TAGS

Click on

Create a tag for each Skate Canada program you offer.

LINK YOUR TAGS

Once you created your tags, you must link them to the Skate Canada programs.

If the tags are linked after the purchases, the purchases will not appear on the synchronization page.

For each new tag, check which Skate Canada program it must be associated with.

A tag can be linked to more than one program, and vice versa.

LINKING YOUR TAGS TO YOUR ITEMS

2 types of items on the platform can be synchronized with those of Skate Canada: Activities and Memberships.

ACTIVITIES > EDIT

For each activity that is to be reported to Skate Canada, link the corresponding tag. You can specify more than one label for each activity.

Click

MEMBERSHIPS > MEMBERSHIPS

For each Membership to be reported to Skate Canada, check the corresponding tag. You can indicate more than one tag per membership.

Click

OBTAIN MEMBERS NUMBERS

In order for participants to add their Skate Canada membership number to their account at registration, make sure that this question is mandatory in your forms. This field will be required to search the Skate Canada database and link to your participants.

ACCOUNT > FORMS

For information on how to perform the Skate Canada Synchronization, see the following documentation: Skate Canada - Synchronization
