When a patient deletes their Amissa account, here’s what happens to their data:

• All personally identifiable information—such as names, contact details, and health records—is completely removed from our systems.

• Only de‑identified data may be retained for aggregated research purposes; no identifiable information is kept.

• After deletion, providers and staff can no longer access the patient’s personal data within Amissa.
