Find and organize your transactions quickly using the filtering, search, and sorting tools in your Smart Folders dashboard.
Search
The search bar above your Smart Folders list lets you find transactions by:
Property address (full or partial)
Transaction type
Owner name
Results filter as you type. Search applies within your current filter settings - if you've filtered to "Owned by me," search only looks through your transactions.
Understanding the columns
Upcoming Dates - Your next scheduled event for that transaction
Updated - Sorts by the last update within the transaction
Closing - The Estimated Closing Date from the timeline
Owner - Shows "Owned by me" for your transactions, or the owner's name and role for shared transactions
Filters
Transaction type filter
Click the "All Smart Folder Types" dropdown to show:
All Smart Folder types - Everything
Buyers - Buyer representation only
Sellers - Seller/listing transactions only
Under Contract - Transactions currently in contract
Ownership filter
Click the "Owned by Anyone" dropdown to show:
Owned by anyone - All transactions you have access to
Owned by me - Transactions you created
Owned by others - Transactions shared with you
Your filter selections save automatically between sessions.
Sorting by Closing date
Click the "Closing" column header to sort transactions by their Estimated Closing Date. Click again to reverse the order (earliest-to-latest or latest-to-earliest).
Transactions without an Estimated Closing Date set will show blank in this column.
