Cancel your subscription or auto-renewal

This article is for users of Folio Pro (including team plans).

All subscriptions are set to auto-renew. To cancel your paid subscription and stop future charges, please follow these steps before your renewal date:

  1. Click on the "account" tab in the left sidebar, or go directly here: https://www.amitree.com/folio/account

  2. On the account page, you will see a section titled "Your plan".

  3. Click on "cancel plan".

  4. Confirm that you want to cancel your plan.

Disconnecting your email account from Folio does not cancel your subscription. Please follow the listed steps to cancel your subscription.
