Once you place an order on our website, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your order number, the details of your purchase, and other key information.

Our staff will pick and pack the items you ordered and hand the parcel to the courier for delivery who will ship your order to your chosen delivery address. You will receive a shipment confirmation email from us which will contain a tracking number.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you can then use this tracking number and track your parcel status on the DHL website here.

For US orders, we use FedEx to ship your orders and can track your shipment here.
