How to return an order

At Amouage, we have a passion for beautiful creations and a strong affection for our clients. That is why we do hope you are enjoying our beautiful creations.

However, if you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return, or exchange, part or all of your order, please contact our Customer Care - from Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. GST – via email or Live Chat on our website. One of our Customer Care representatives will be happy to help and will provide you with clear instructions.

If you wish to return any item purchased on www.amouage.com, you have the right to do so within 14 days from the date of delivery and only if the items are in their original, unopened packaging, unused and with all authentic labels. If items returned are not in the described conditions, we may not accept your return. Promotional gifts received with your purchase must also be returned.

Please, note that at this time it is not possible to return items purchased on www.amouage.com to any of our owned and operated stores. Purchases made through a partner retail, such as an airport or department store, or their website are subjected to the partners’ terms and conditions and should not be returned directly to us.
