Product Authentication

We can only authenticate products that have been purchased directly via authorized channels which are our website: www.amouage.com or one of our Amouage operated stores or authorized partners which you will find on our store finder here.

If you have purchased a product via either channel mentioned above and would us to authenticate your product, please email us on productauthentication@amouage.com.

The subject of your email should be "Product authentication request" and the body of the email should include the following information:

  • Batch code (on bottle and box)

  • Date of purchase

  • Retailer where purchased

We will also need the following attachments:

  • Proof of purchase with a readable date and name of the retailer where the item was purchased

Please note we will authenticate exclusively products purchased via authorized resellers. All products purchased from any Amouage owned and operated store or on www.amouage.com are 100% authentic. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers will not be authenticated.
