You may, at times receive a special gift code from us, for you to use online at amouage.com.

Here is how to apply and redeem the gift code online.

Once you have added your items to your shopping bag, you will then need to log into your House of Amouage account. If you do not have an account with us, then you will need to create one here.

Once logged in to your account, go to your shopping bag, at this point don't forget to add in your complimentary 2ml sample here. Then click on 'Proceed to Checkout', add in your shipping address details and choose your shipping method and click 'Next'.

You then be directed to the payment method page, this is the point where you need to add and apply the Gift Code.

This is how the page will look on the desktop, you can see the gift code box on the right-hand side above the order summary:

On mobile, the process is slightly different. Once you reach the payment page, you then need to click on 'Estimated Total' at the top of the page and then the following pop up should appear where you can add on the Gift Code:

Enter your Gift Code into the box and click on 'Apply' this should apply the discount which you will be able to see in the order summary. If you get an error message, please double-check the Gift Code you have used and if still having issues, then please get in touch with us.

Once applied, you can then continue with your order, adding in your payment method and clicking on 'Place Order' to process and complete your order. You will receive your order number on the final page and an order confirmation email will be sent directly to you.
