Share a Single Item
Locate the product or asset you want to share.
Click the Share button on that item.
A panel will appear on the right where you can:
Create a shareable link, or
Send the item directly by email.
Share Multiple Items
Select multiple products or assets on the page.
Click the three dots icon at the bottom of the screen.
Choose Share.
All selected items will be included in one shareable link.
You can:
Set an expiration date for the shared link,
Or choose to send it by email, adding recipients, CCs, a subject, and message.
Creating a Shareable Link
If you select Create Shareable Link, PXM will generate a link you can copy and send however you like — by email, Slack, Teams, or any other method you use.
Anyone who receives the link can:
View the shared products or assets,
Download the associated files,
And if the shared item is a folder, access all related attributes.
When they open the link, they can download the assets directly to their computer by clicking the download button on. If there is a lot of information they are trying to download they’ll be prompted to enter an email address, after which the download will begin and will be sent to their email once completed.
Remember that you can add items to Lightboxes to save a collection of items within PXM and you can share all of the items in your lightbox at once.
