Add a Filter for All Users to Access

You can completely customize your filter according to your need. If your desired filter is not on the list, you can add your filter via “Add attribute filters” button.

To add a filter that is not on the list yet, you need to:

  1. Click the Magnifying glass on the search bar to navigate over to the Folders and Files page.

  2. Click the Funnel Icon on the left side of the Folders tab. The Funnel icon will open the Filters selection.

  3. Scroll down to the bottom part of the Filter list.

  4. Click the “Add Attributes Filters”, the “Add Attribute Filters” feature will open.

  5. Select the Label that you want to add. You can use the “Search Attribute” feature and select multiple Labels.

  6. When you are done selecting your ideal Label filters, scroll down to the bottom part and click the “Add Selected” button.

Tips: You can sort the “Label Title” column and “Value Type” column in ascending or descending order, just click the word “Label Title” or the word “Value Type”.
